When you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as your name, company, contact details, hiring requirements, or project description. Please share only what is needed for an initial conversation.
Website operation
This website does not have an enquiry submission form. Its Copy email button operates in your browser and does not send information to Deep48. The site code does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
The hosting platform and its infrastructure providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information, request logs, and security events, to deliver and protect the website. Platform access controls may require sign-in while the site is private. Those platform services are also subject to their providers’ privacy policies.
How information is used
We use enquiry information to respond to you, understand your business needs, discuss relevant services, and maintain records of our communications. We may also use information to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect our business and systems.

We handle requests subject to applicable law and any information we must retain. If you believe a request was handled incorrectly, contact us at the same address to request a review.
